Llorca Group is a construction company specialized in both hotel full refurbishments and new hotel constructions. We are responsible for carrying out construction projects and hotel renovations. We handle both the construction process itself, as well as the buildings’ later equipment.

We have a multidisciplinary team of experts ranging from architects to engineers, with the aim of offering a comprehensive service that covers all client needs.

In a full refurbishment, our company is responsible for carrying out a complete renovation of the hotel, including air conditioning installation, electricity, plumbing, etc. We are also responsible for careful planning and coordination to ensure that everything is carried out efficiently so that the impact on the hotel’s activity is minimal.

In the case of new hotel construction, our company follows the specifications of the assigned architects and technicians, complying with the regulations and quality standards required in the hotel industry. This involves dealing with excavation, foundation, structuring, cladding, finishing touches, and equipment, among others.

In both cases, our objective is to ensure that the hotel meets the quality and safety standards required to offer a satisfactory experience to their clients. We also aim at meeting the deadlines and budgets agreed with our client.
