Constructive Vocation
Our premise is to build our clients’ dreams. We walk them through all the processes in the project, from the moment our budget team starts working on an assessment, to selecting the materials, to our technicians’ daily visits to the construction site. We also provide follow-ups after delivery.
2021 was the turning point for our company. We celebrated our 50th anniversary as a construction company and we consolidated our position in the Marina Baja and Marina Alta area as a reference in hotel full renovation and exclusive new constructions.
We also crossed the Mediterranean Sea, arriving in Ibiza, where more construction projects are to come.
Our New Offices
In 2021 we inaugurated our new office, where every day more than 20 members of our team—Engineers, Technical Architects, and Administrative Staff—share a spacious and functional space adjusted to our current needs.
How It Was Done
A narrow opening was preventing natural light from coming in, so our team built what today is a totally manual, avant-garde staircase. It was built thanks to our team’s know-how, passion and hard work.
It gives a touch of elegance to our workplace. We take on challenges that would be impossible for others to do so thanks to our construction vocation.
The staircase has its own formwork, and a custom-made reinforcement. In some areas, we have preserved the beauty of virgin concrete, where the veins of the wooden frame we created for it are now imprinted.
It was designed by architect Yolanda Llorca.
