Responsibility

The Provider disclaims any liability for the information published on this Website, provided that such information be manipulated and/or introduced by an external Third Party.

This Website may contain links to Content from Third Party websites. Given that the Provider cannot always control the Contents introduced by Third Parties on his Website, the Provider does not take any responsibility for such Content. In every case, the Provider states that he will proceed to the immediate removal of any Content that could violate national or international law, morality and/or public order, proceeding to the immediate withdrawal of the redirection to that Website, and informing the authorities competent for such Content.

The Provider is not responsible for the information and/or Content stored, including but not limited to, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks and/or any other means that allows Third Parties to publish any Content independently on the Provider’s Website.

This Website has the appropriate security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. We use the HTTPS over SSL protocol to establish a secure communication channel between the Server and the User when sharing their personal information. Providing this service through a secure Server guarantees that the information exchanged between the User‘s computer and the Server is confidential, since an encrypted connection is established between the two, making it impossible for Third Parties to access the information shared. This Website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it functions correctly. In principle, it is supposed to function correctly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the Provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, and/or other similar circumstances that make it impossible to access the Website.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

This Website, including but not limited to, its programming, editing, compilation, and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text, and graphics belong to the Provider or, where appropriate, the Provider has a license or the express authorization from the Authors. All the Contents on the Website are duly protected by Spanish industrial and intellectual property regulations and, where appropriate, are registered in the corresponding Spanish Public Registers.

Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and/or marketing of the Contents of this Website, in every case, require a prior written authorization by the Provider. Any use not previously authorized by the Provider will be considered a serious breach of the Industrial and/or Intellectual Property Rights of the Author.

The designs, logos, text and/or graphics that do not belong to the Provider, and that may appear on the Website, belong to their respective Owners, who are responsible for any dispute that may arise thereof.

The Provider recognizes the corresponding Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights of the Owners, even if their mere mention or appearance on the Website does not imply the existence of any rights or liability from the Provider to the Owners, nor any endorsement, sponsorship and/or recommendation on the part of the Provider. To make any comments regarding possible breaches of Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights, or regarding any of the Contents on the Website, you can do so via the e-mail or the telephone number listed in the Identification Section above.

The responsibility for determining the specific content to which Minors have access lies with their Guardians, which is why if Minors access inappropriate content on the Internet, Guardians will have to establish mechanisms on their computers, including but not limited to, computer programs, filters, and/or blockers, which shall allow them to limit the content available and, although not infallible, are particularly useful to control and restrict the materials accessible by Minors.
